Annual figures are twelve months less ten percent. Negotiated district rates are locked to the account, so a later price change does not re-price you mid-contract.
Taking payments
The online store is separate because most people do not need it.
Use FiscalTrack only for bookkeeping, or add a public payment page for dues and fees.

The card fee covers processing and the software. It is charged once per order and does not enter your ledger, so the deposit you reconcile is the item total with nothing to subtract. You can absorb it instead if you prefer families to pay the ticket price.

Is there a setup fee?
No. Import your existing records yourself, or send a spreadsheet and FiscalTrack will look at it with you.
What if we outgrow a plan mid-year?
Move up whenever. Nothing is re-entered and no data moves.
Do you charge per transaction?
Not on your own bookkeeping. The only per-payment cost is on card and bank payments taken through the store.
What counts as a fund?
A club, team, class or event—anywhere money is kept separately. Funds can nest three deep, so Athletics, then Football, then Concessions can sit in one hierarchy.
